How to Place an Order
Place your selected products into the cart.
Go to checkout using either PayPal or the standard checkout option.
Provide your email, full name, and shipping address.
If a promotion code is available, enter it in the Discount field before payment.
Confirm your shipping address → submit payment information → select Complete Order.
Once your purchase is completed, confirmation will be displayed on the website and sent to your email. Support: service@rovaliis.com
Incorrect or Missing Items
Reach out to customer support and include:
Your order number
A clear image under 1MB showing the problem
Once the issue is verified, the correct product will be sent without extra charge. Email: service@rovaliis.com
Confirming Your Order
The confirmation email includes your order number and purchase information. If it is missing, please review your spam or junk folders.
Modifying an Order
Requests to modify an order must be submitted before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the order date. After this deadline, the order may already be processed. Contact: service@rovaliis.com
Cart Operations
Add items: Select product variations → Add to Cart
View cart: Open the cart icon
Adjust quantity: Edit the Quantity field
Remove item: Click Remove

PayPal Checkout
Select PayPal → log in → confirm payment → return to the confirmation screen.
Discount Codes
Type your promo code → press Apply → the discount will be shown in the order total.
