Refund, Return & Cancellation Terms
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they have shipped and before production begins.
When cancellation is approved before dispatch, the complete purchase amount will be sent back to the original payment method.
Orders already handed over to the shipping carrier are no longer eligible for cancellation.
Returns
Customers must request a return within 14 days of receiving the order.
Returned products must satisfy the following conditions:
The item must be unused and kept in the same condition as originally received.
The original packaging must be included.
A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation must be submitted.
Do not send any product back before contacting customer support. Return guidance must be provided first and followed carefully.
Customers will pay no more than one total shipping charge, which may include original delivery and return shipping where applicable.
Returned items will not be subject to restocking charges.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and checked, we will send an email confirming that the return has been reviewed.
You will be notified whether your refund request has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method, normally within several business days depending on the payment processor.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If the refund has not been received:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your card issuer, as refund posting may take additional time.
Contact your bank, since each institution may process refunds differently.

Return Shipping
After approval, return instructions will be sent.
Returns requested for personal preference or customer-related reasons may require the customer to pay return shipping.
If the return is due to damage, defect, or incorrect shipment, return shipping will be covered.
